Welcome to Suparate. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suparate mobile application, website, and related backend services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Suparate is a B2B software platform for trade professionals providing AI-assisted estimating, custom material catalogs, proposal generation, and invoice tracking.

2. User Responsibility & AI Disclaimer

The Service uses third-party AI to transcribe audio and analyze photos. AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs; you are responsible for verifying all quantities, prices, and totals before sending proposals to clients.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid tiers auto-renew. Usage limits and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. Payment processing is handled by our secure third-party providers.

4. User Content & IP

You retain ownership of data you upload. By using the Service you grant Suparate a limited license to process your data to provide the Service. Suparate retains ownership of the software and related IP.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Suparate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited as described in these Terms.
